By repeating trials and errors in fiber formulation
and manufacturing methods for a delicious coffee,
we were able to create the best washi cofffee filter.
It can properly preserve the taste of coffee that
had been missed by ordinary paper filters.
This is made by shaking the raw material kouzo and
ramie firmly and entangled with long fibers,
so it is safe to get wet with hot water.
Washi prevents clogging of filters and stagnation of hot water,
allows the taste of coffee to pass through properly,
and does not give out unnecessary astringency.
